HOW MANY COLONICS DO I NEED?

This is not an easy question to answer before I’ve discussed with you your reasons for having Colon Hydrotherapy. In general, if you have never had a colonic, or if it has been a long time since you last had one, to get the most out of the treatment a series of three sessions is recommended as many of us have a considerable amount of impacted faeces in our colon. 

During your first colonic we will clear some of the waste and you should feel a noticeable difference. The second and subsequent colonics will remove more. It is like going to the gym: You don't walk out with a perfectly toned body after just one visit! 

As you become more aware of what is going on in your abdomen, and as your body learns how to relax and allow the cleansing experience to take place, more waste will be released. By the end of your third colonic you should be on a very good standing to get started with either a treatment program or maintenance. Depending on your individual situation and health goals, you may need more than three sessions to re-train your bowel.
